Our lead organizer and team will be on site long before you arrive to make sure the floor plan you choose with our online wedding planner is set up perfectly. We will also set up your wedding decorations with your guidance or be available to assist your wedding decorator or designer. This allows us to direct your vendors as they arrive and later your wedding party to help them get settled in.
